Biography of Mingliang Ye

Dr. Mingliang Ye obtained his Ph D degree under the supervision of Prof. Hanfa Zou at the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP), Chinese Academy of Science (CAS), in 2001, and worked as postdoctoral fellows under supervision of Prof. Norman Dovichi at the University of Washington, USA (2001.11-2003.3), and Prof. Reudi Aebersold at the Institute for System Biology, USA (2003.3-2004.10). In November of 2004, he came back to China and now he is a full professor in DICP and deputy director of CAS Key Laboratory of Separation Science for Analytical Chemistry. He published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers in SCI journals. He won Excellent Young Scientist Funding awarded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2015. Currently his research interests are mainly focused on developing new methods for the analysis of protein post-translational modifications and for the identification of target proteins of diverse ligands.
